Dark Souls Remastered brings the brutally hard RPG to Nintendo Switch meaning you can fight bad guys, monsters, and bosses on the go.The reason this version most appeals to me is that, thanks to the Switch's capabilities, you can pause, stop, and start up the game wherever you are in it and not lose a ton of progress. I know that's a cheater's way out, but I have no shame and I'm okay with it.As a gamer I like to think I'm pretty patient... in everything but boss fights. I expect wrist straps and protective casing may be an essential before hopping into this one for any destroyers out there.Personally, I'll never be able to play the game in public since, as I've mentioned before, I'm a gentle insulter in terms of game-related anger. �As we covered earlier this week, Rocket League's newest update is a rather big one and players are already loving it.When we reviewed the game back in November, one of the major things we noticed was that the Switch version had taken a pretty big graphical hit to keep the game running smoothly. If that bothers you on a massive scale, the new Quality Mode should suit you big time.Of course, while the game runs in a solid 60 fps and 900p (docked)/720p (handheld) in Performance Mode, the Quality Mode bumps up the graphics while knocking down the frame-rates. By choosing the new mode you'll be getting a shiny 1080p (docked)/720p (handheld) and 30 fps instead.It depends what matters more to you in the game - but at least you've got the option. Though, even the regular mode has had a bit of a graphical polish.
