&#;Real Go Kart Karting (Endless money)
Junichi Masuda, director of Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, has said that a Pokémon RPG for iOS and Android could be "in the realms of possibility."

It came up during an interview with The Telegraph in which Masuda sat with designer Shigeru Ohmori for questioning about Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

When asked if Pokémon could be licensed for iOS and Android, Matsuda said, "I've got a bit of a resistance from those [safety and security] kind of points of view."

"If it were to reach a stage where I would be happy to hand my iPhone to a five year-old and know that, actually, that device and everything about it is safe and secure and I can trust the device in the hands of a five year-old, then it would become in the realms of possibility,” Masuda said.

In other words, at least one of the reasons that Pokémon and other Nintendo-owned franchises aren't on mobile is due to the insecurity of the platform.

Masuda compared the security of mobile with that of the 3DS to explain why Pokémon games are released on to that platform without worry.

"With wireless functionality you can communicate with people you don't know in a safe and secure way over the internet, you can trade and battle with people you've never met before, but again it's safe and secure. There's no issues there," said Masuda.

While an official Pokémon RPG might be far from coming to iOS and Android, we at least know that it's not an impossibility.

And let's not forget that Pokémon Trading Card Game Online was recently released on iOS to much success. Hopefully that's given Nintendo at least a little bit of reassurance.

With safest distance I mine honour shielded."I did--once. I had gone down to the Point to go fishing with Captain Jim but it was too rough to go out, so I came back. She had taken the opportunity of what she expected to be an afternoon alone to wash her hair, and she was standing on the veranda in the sunshine to dry it. It fell all about her to her feet in a fountain of living gold. When she saw me she hurried in, and the wind caught her hair and swirled it all around her--Danae in her cloud. Somehow, just then the knowledge that I loved her came home to me--and realised that I had loved her from the moment I first saw her standing against the darkness in that glow of light. And she must live on here--petting and soothing Dick, pinching and saving for a mere existence, while I spend my life longing vainly for her, and debarred, by that very fact, from even giving her the little help a friend might. I walked the shore last night, almost till dawn, and thrashed it all out over and over again. And yet, in spite of everything, I can't find it in my heart to be sorry that I came to Four Winds. It seems to me that, bad as everything is, it would be still worse never to have known Leslie. It's burning, searing pain to love her and leave her--but not to have loved her is unthinkable. I suppose all this sounds very crazy--all these terrible emotions always do sound foolish when we put them into our inadequate words. They are not meant to be spoken--only felt and endured. I shouldn't have spoken--but it has helped-- some. At least, it has given me strength to go away respectably tomorrow morning, without making a scene. You'll write me now and then, won't you, Mrs. Blythe, and give me what news there is to give of her?"

    &#;
This week, the world's leading game developer gathered at GDC, San Francisco to exchange ideas about the game industry.

And there, Netease, one of the biggest developers and publishers in China, announced Genesis of Destiny.

This is its first mobile game to support VR glasses, and also its first future-themed real time MMORPG.
From tradition to the future
Inspired by scientific development and Greek mythology, Genesis of Destiny tells a story about a conflict between two opponents - the humans and the gods.

Players control a Star Keeper, one of a select number of guardians with special abilities chosen to protect humanity from the wrath of the gods.

While Chinese producers usually focus on ancient Chinese culture, like Journey to the West or martial arts, according to staff at Netease this shift to a future setting is necessary when targeting the global market.
Netease's first VR attempt
Genesis of Destiny tries to create a full MMO experiences for mobile players. You can choose occupations and develop skills freely, and experience various PVE instances and real-time PVP scraps.

You can fight other players outside the instances on any map, and trade freely with other players in the game as well.

Besides MMO gameplay, Netease is introducing a VR technique into the game. According to the producer, the game will launch its VR demo soon.

You can enjoy the mobile game independently, but if you're interested in VR, you can purchase VR glasses to get additional VR experiences.

With low VR ownership ratio and a fragmented market, Netease thinks it's a wise choice to offer a package like this rather than a console VR game.
Netease's 2016 masterpiece
With more than 50 game designers and engineers working on the game for over a year, Genesis of Destiny is an understandably polished product, and anticipation levels in China are high.

So far, we've been treated to glorious 3D pictures, excellent QTEs, and strike feedback in the GDC trial demo.
Global Launch
Genesis of Destiny has a global launch plan. Netease has been aiming at global players from the very beginning of game design process, as shown by the selection of the future theme.

If you're a fan of futuristic superheroes, in depth MMO experiences, VR innovation, and above all fun, then this is going to be worth the wait.
